At Pitch Up, we help manufacturers and suppliers in the architecture and design sector win more specification — and convert it into real projects.
Our training and strategy programmes are built on over 20 years of hands-on experience working within market-leading brands. We’ve developed winning commercial strategies, secured major project specifications, and turned complex pipelines into measurable sales.
That experience shapes everything we do.
We don’t teach theory — we share proven approaches that have delivered results at the highest level of the industry.
Our goal is simple: to help you and your team create more opportunities, strengthen performance, and drive sustainable growth in a highly competitive market.
Our team combines expertise across specification sales, account strategy, business development, and marketing within the A&D sector.
We bring a shared understanding of how the industry operates — and where value is won or lost.
This allows us to operate not as external advisors, but as commercially focused partners.

James Journet, Strategic Director at Pitch Up, brings over 25 years of experience working with leading manufacturers across international markets.
He has been directly involved in delivering large-scale, high-profile projects across sectors — including international airports, stadiums, and retail environments — working with global brands such as Costa Coffee, Debenhams, Mazda, Marks & Spencer, Virgin Active, and World Duty Free.
Alongside his commercial work, James has contributed to industry thought leadership through sustainability initiatives, panels, and the Festival of Sustainability series — bringing together innovation across architecture, design, and construction.
More recently, his focus has included advancing the integration of product design with circular economy principles, including urban mining and construction waste reuse.
At the core of Pitch Up is a commitment to sharing this experience — helping individuals and organisations perform at a higher level within the specification market.
